Returns will be considered providing the following conditions:

• The jewellery has not been worn or damaged in any way, with no scratches, marks, bent pins or chipped stones.

• You received an incorrect order, or the jewellery has been damaged during shipping.

• The jewellery must be returned in the original packaging along with the order slip within seven days.

• The jewellery must be returned via courier, securely packaged and at your own cost and risk. 

• Once the jewellery has been received and inspected, you will be notified if you are eligible for a refund.

 

Items not eligible for returns include the following:

 

• Jewellery made from recycled objects, unless it is a clasp or technical malfunction.

• Fabric jewellery.

• Special orders.

 

Ring sizes:

 

• The correct ring size is your responsibility.

• The best way to measure your finger is to visit a local jewellery store and have your finger measured professionally. South African finger sizes are the same as Britain and are letters of the alphabet, one also gets half sizes between the letters, for example, N1/2 or N-.

• If you are in Cape Town, you are welcome to pop into my studio for a fitting.

Care:

​

• Some of the jewellery uses recycled items in the designs, due to this there may be certain defects, but this is part of their charm. Please be aware to treat items carefully if they are mixed-media and not to bath or swim in them. 

• Please treat felt collars with care, try not to get make-up stains on them. If one does get a stain wiping with a wet cloth may help. For stubborn stains, the collar may be gently hand washed in lukewarm water, do not wring. Place between two towels and press then allow the collar to dry on a flat surface. Make sure the collar retains its shape and be extra careful with the items appliqued onto it.
