Shipping & Delivery

• Local deliveries (SA) R80. The parcel should reach you within 3-5 days of being shipped. This will depend on how central or remote your delivery address is, remote areas may take longer. 

• International deliveries are a flat rate of R600.

• All ready-made items will be shipped within 48 hours of placing your order and your cleared payment being received. Monday – Friday 9.00 – 17.00 excluding public holidays.

• Items that are made to order will be shipped once completed, 10 -14 days after placing your order.

• Delivery times of custom-made jewellery will be communicated via email as each piece will have different requirements in the making.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

 

• The estimated delivery time is from the date the order has been shipped.

• Deliveries outside South Africa may incur customs or import taxes which are payable by the client.

• Once your order has been placed online, we are unable to make amendments to product, customer, or delivery details.

• Frankenstone shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of the users. For the purpose of this clause, ‘personal information’ shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA).
